This is the first time I've stayed in Edimburgo casino a Hyatt in the UK and was impressed that they kept their great high global standard at the Birmingham hotel. I arrived about 10pm and Arthur was was great at the check in desk informing me about all the hotel facilities, where breakfast is served , the bar ,etc . He was smiling and made me feel very welcome. I had booked a Club room with a King bed . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a bath which I love .
Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.
